Senior Medical Lab Technician
Job Description
- Ensure that all tests meet with quality, reliable and good services for all aspects of test
- performance included: pre-analytic, analytic and post analytical phases of testing
- Ensure all lab tests are performed correctly and released on time per predefined TAT.
- Ensure that quality control “IQC and EQAS” are applied correctly
- Monitor the implementation of the laboratory maintenance (monitoring the repair, records
- implementation, procedures…)
- Participate in developing and review SOPs
- Assist lab supervisor and lab manager to monitoring, explaining, and training of good
- Practice for biosafety and other technical methods as set in the SOP to lab staff
- Manage stock inventory of all reagents and consumables used in his/her responsible sectors
- Train and assist on the correct use of equipment, machines, and procedure
- Routine check any technical issues and report to supervisor and manager
- Assist actively in problems solving in laboratory and propose corrective action plan
- Participate actively in controlling expenses in the lab (reagent & storage, avoid contamination and damaging before shelf life of reagents), consumables, electricity etc.
- Ensure that all staff working in the right position or tasks which manager assigned
- Ensure that all staff understand their tasks/duties
- Follow up staff performance and report to supervisor
- Resolve the problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the causes of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
- Work on other assignments which assign by supervisor
- Be flexible and rotate to works in any sections in laboratory when needed
- Respect for client’s and patient’s confidentiality
Requirements:

- The minimum education, experience, knowledge, skills & attitude required to perform the position
- Degree in Medical Lab Technical school or university
- At least 2- year experiences in Laboratory job
- Professionally and high responsibility
- ISP/HR/JDS-010
- STRICTLY PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL JD – v. 2020
- Good communication both verbal and electronic devices
- Computer competency (Word, Excel, Power point…)
- Honest and High Commitment
- Proficiency English- Khmer
- Willing to learn and tasked extra responsibility
- Team-work, high responsibility and discipline
- Can work full-time, under-pressure, on public holiday and weekend
- Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, integrity
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel to province sometimes

Job Description
- Meet and communicate with customers in order to maintain and generate sales
- Follow up clients and close Sales agreement to achieve the assigned target
- Maintain and build up good relationship with existing and penetrate new clients
- Transform from low income clients to high income clients
- Plan and meet new potential clients to achieve sales target
- Contribute to the business success by initiating and participating in various cold-
- calling and marketing activities
- Be always attentive to all customer needs, issues or complaints and provide
- appropriate solutions and effective complaint handling
- Make sure all customer complaints are closed timely, properly and effectively with
- positive feedback from our customers
- Follow up and file properly all internal complaint forms
- Respond quickly to questions and comments via phone calls receiving directly from
- customers
- Prepare Sales proposal and do Sales presentation to achieve daily, weekly and
- monthly Sales target
- Participate actively in transferring of all information from bottom –up and vice versa
- and discussing across the company freely
- Manage marketing activities, campaign and branding ambassador
- Participate actively in controlling expenses in the company, consumables, electricity etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Sales and Marketing Manager
